I think my chickens are having a bit of an identity crisis right now… They’re about 14 weeks old and yet instead of clucking like one would expect chickens to do, they seem to be honking like geese and quacking like ducks! If they’re supposed to be chicken noises, they’re the most unique chicken noises I’ve ever heard!! I blame my dad for this. He goes up to them in their run and makes his “chicken noises” at them, no wonder they’re confused bless ‘em! <– My beautiful girlies, Baby and Babs and mum’s equally beautiful girlies, Prudence and Abigail.

 

It’s alright for some eh! My dog has to be the laziest dog I have ever met; she’s tired from just having a bath yesterday morning, and in this process I managed to get nearly as wet as her somehow… I really don’t understand how she can sleep all day and still be tired! And there’s me waking up at the time I’m awake for school usually because I forgot to turn my alarm off and my body clock hasn’t quite realised that it’s the holidays! I officially have no social life now thanks to GCSEs! Whilst my dog spends the day eating and drinking, sleeping, having bowel movements, more sleeping, scratching herself and guess what, more sleeping; I’m attending revision classes, doing practice papers, I have revision coming outta my ears (ok, so that’s a bit of an exaggeration but you get the point) and am attempting to do numerous pieces of this pointless ICT coursework. Actually, we happen to think they’re may be something wrong with Amber. She has been having a few “funny turns” lately, more than she usually does. We’re not even sure what sets her off but she starts shaking and panting like mad. She’s even taken to hiding upstairs down the side of my parents’ bed and on my rug by the side of my bed. Perhaps we should take her to the vets, but what do we say is wrong? And what can they do? It’s as if she’s paranoid and if I’m honest, she’s acting like she’s taken drugs of some sort!  

 

The Easter Holidays have finally arrived!! I am dire need of this 2 week break. I think we all are to be quite honest. Although, it wont be much of a break, far too much revision to do, practice papers, revision classes (which may I add I am going to voluntarily), never-ending coursework and finishing my Jewellery Box project for Resistant Materials before the holidays are over. Not to mention scoffing lots of chocolate eggs: wink: Will update you all more on my oh so exciting life later on in the hols – I’m sure you can’t wait! Bye for now
